Mobile Phlebotomists

We are aware that many patients may need help from mobile phlebotomists to take blood for testing. The site takes no responsibility for these phlebotomists and you should undertake your own checks.

Website users are advised to check with the phlebotomist that they can draw blood for the lab test that is required. Some hospitals do not have contracts with certain labs. This may be true for individual phlebotomists too.

NHW does not have any legal or financial or other connections with these phlebotomists and does not gain financially from their listing on the site.

There are two categories of phlebotomists on our list:

1. Those who can travel to patients to draw blood.
2. Those to whom patients need to travel to in order that blood be drawn.

All hospitals listed as part of the Spire Group or the Nuffield Group will require patients to travel to their nearest hospital for bloods to be drawn.

All other listed phlebotomists will travel to the patients’ home.
