Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before You start to use Our website. By using Our website, You indicate that You accept these Terms and Conditions and that You agree to abide, and be bound, by them. If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using Our website. This is a website and service operated by Natural Health Worldwide Limited ("We"/”Us”/’’Our’’). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10355194 and have our registered office and trading address at Upper Weston, Llangunllo, Knighton, Powys, Wales LD7 1SL, UK
The use of the word ‘Natural’ in Our website name does not exclude Our Practitioners using conventional medicine methodology nor does it exclude appropriately qualified Practitioners on Our website from prescribing, or recommending the prescription of, “Prescription Only” medication as listed in the British National Formulary.
You can contact us using the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to Natural Health Worldwide Ltd, Upper Weston, Llangunllo, Knighton, Powys, Wales LD7 1SL, UK
WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY AND EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ADVICE OR OPINION GIVEN TO YOU BY PRACTITIONERS REGISTERED ON OUR WEBSITE
WE DO NOT SPECIFICALLY RECOMMEND ANY PRACTITIONERS – SUCH RECOMMENDATIONS AS WEBSITE USERS MAKE SHALL BE MADE PUBLIC VIA OUR RATINGS SYSTEM
Natural Health Worldwide - What we do
We provide a market place whereby Users (‘’You’’/’’Your’’) of Our website can access medical consultations with Medical Doctors, Qualified Health Professionals and /or Experienced patients (henceforth collectively referred to as “Practitioners”, and sometimes referred to as “Registered Practitioners” where such emphasis is thought helpful in the context of the paragraph concerned) who have registered with Us.
Experienced Patients are not medically trained or otherwise professionally qualified in health-related disciplines. They are not permitted to give advice, particularly medical advice, which may be defined as attempting to diagnose, treat or cure an illness or injury. They may only share information on their own experiences and provide moral support. You should not construe anything which an Experienced Patient says or writes as advice, medical or otherwise. By making an appointment with an Experienced Patient, You are expressly agreeing to this
An Experienced Patient is a person who can discuss and share their experiences about the chronic condition from which they suffer(ed).
Usually, but not exclusively, the Experienced Patient’s health condition(s) will be a chronic condition.
Experienced Patients are not medically trained and are only able to share ideas and support based on their own personal health care experiences. Experienced Patients are not able to give medical advice or recommendations. Such ideas and support should be viewed as “health conversations” and they should not be construed as medical advice.
Experienced Patients may also be the carers of sufferers from medical conditions rather than patients themselves and the same comments as above apply equally to this category of Experienced Patient.
The relationship between Us and You is that of the nature of, but not exclusively the nature of, a form of brokerage. We FACILITATE the arrangement of consultations between You and Your selected Practitioner(s). The extent of legal liability, by Us to You, and by the Practitioner to You, of this relationship is detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
Thereafter the facilitation, the Medical or Professional Relationship which may or may not subsist between You and the Practitioner is a contract between You and the said Practitioner and is a legal and medical matter between those two parties subject to the Terms and Conditions as here stated, which You accept by Your use of Our website.
The Practitioner(s) that You select may provide recommendations based upon online or other questionnaires that You may choose to complete, telephone conversations between You and said Practitioner(s) and or any other form of communication between You and the said Practitioner(s), including but not exclusively, email exchange, photographic evidence exchange, use of Skype or other such online video conferencing facility.
Any recommendations agreed between You and the Your chosen Practitioner, as a result of the exchange of such information as detailed in the above paragraphs, are subject to the liability conditions as a set out in these Terms and Conditions
Such recommendations, as agreed, or otherwise, between You and the Practitioner, are the sole responsibility of the Practitioner(s) who has supplied them.
You and the Practitioner will agree, or not so agree, to any follow up consultations through Our website which may or may not be needed and You agree to abide by the over-riding Terms and Conditions herein.
You are always advised to discuss any recommendations given by Practitioners registered with Us on Our website with your General Practitioner or any such other medical physician as you regularly consult with regarding your health condition (s). In particular, if you have consulted with one of our Experienced Patients, always check with your General Practitioner or other regular physician before instigating any changes in your medical approach.
When You visit Our website You may choose the Practitioner(s) who seems to You to be the most suitable for Your medical condition or complaint.
Prior to choosing said Practitioner(s) you will be asked to register with Us using a unique combination of username and password. Thereafter you will use this username and password whenever accessing Our website. These login details of your username and password will be held securely by Us and Our server is SSL encrypted.
We offer a service whereby We connect You with the Practitioner(s) of your choosing.
Face to face consultations between Website Users and Practitioners are not permitted.
A breach of the ban on face to face consultations will result in the immediate removal of the Practitioner from Our Website. In addition, We reserve the right to remove You, the patient and website user, from Our Website should You breach this ban
Notwithstanding the above, We may at any time change Our Terms and Conditions to facilitate the arranging of face-to-face consultations and in this event, due written notification will be given on Our Website and to Practitioners
This ban on face to face consultations is intended as a protection for You from potentially entering into personal arrangements with Practitioners who may not have Your best interests as their primary objective.
We do not recommend any Practitioner(s) nor are we responsible in any way for the recommendations that said Practitioner (s) may give to You.
We do not offer any medical recommendations to You. Only the Registered Practitioners may give You any medical recommendations.
We do monitor the feedback, as detailed in section 18, given by You to Us about the performance of the Practitioners registered on Our site and We do take such feedback into account when deciding upon continuing future registration of Practitioners registered with Our site.
We also make aggregates of the feedback given to Us by You concerning Practitioners registered on Our website and we shall make these aggregates available to all users and potential users of Our website. This is done to help inform user decision making on the choice of appropriate Practitioners.
We shall seek to obtain such proof of identity and address as we deem necessary for each Practitioner listed on Our website.
We shall seek to obtain such proof as we deem necessary of any healthcare qualifications that Practitioners state that they hold when signing up as a Practitioner.
We reserve the right to periodically review such healthcare qualifications that Practitioners state that they hold to check that these are still held and that Practitioner status is fairly stated in so far as we are able.
Our checks of Practitioner identity and healthcare qualification status shall be held by Us offline and shall not be accessible to anyone but Us, save in the case of a requirement to disclose either via legislative authorities or regulatory bodies.
Our periodic reviews of Practitioner status do not exempt the Practitioner from the term directly below.
It is the responsibility of the Practitioner to inform Us of any changes in their qualification status, regarding any healthcare qualifications or memberships of any regulatory or other healthcare bodies. This may include, but does not so exclusively include, details of any regulatory action taken, or to be taken, or any pending regulatory issues. These should be communicated to Us by the Practitioner within 48 hours.
Our website can be used by any person resident in any country subject to the terms noted in section 2.4 below.
By placing an order through Our website, you confirm that:
– you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
– you are at least 18 years old [or as relevant]; and
- you are complying with all relevant laws in your jurisdiction by so doing
Neither We nor the Practitioner(s), as selected by you, are liable for any damages which may result from a failure by You to follow the Terms and Conditions given on Our website or from Your failure to pass on relevant information to Your chosen Practitioner(s). You accept that recommendations resulting from consultations given by Practitioners featured on Our website do not replace advice given by Your regular Healthcare Provider or General Practitioner. You must tell Your regular Healthcare Provider or General Practitioner about any recommendations that the Registered Practitioner of Our website provides or suggests to You.
Terms and conditions of all pricing and payment between You and Your selected Practitioner(s) are to be agreed between You and said Practitioner(s) as detailed in section 19.1

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by You or allocated by Us, at any time, if in Our opinion You have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of use.

Natural Health Worldwide operates to a corporate philosophy and users of Our website, by their use of Our website, are giving their agreement to the Terms and Conditions of our Philosophical Statement.
The use of the word “natural” in our Website name does not preclude the provision of conventional medicines and approaches by Our Registered Practitioners. However, part of Our Philosophy is to facilitate Patients access to natural, complementary and alternative therapies. This will include, but not exclusively so, approaches such as Nutritional Medicine, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Functional Medicine Practices and also mind-centred therapies such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy.
We believe that Patients deserve access to best medical opinions.
Therefore, the “Natural Health Worldwide Best Interest Contract Term’’ is included in these Terms and Conditions in order to facilitate Practitioners endeavouring to give their very best medical opinions to Patients.
You (the Patient, as referred to in 17.2) do hereby waive all rights under any laws and any contract terms to bring any legal case and or any case of any legal or other nature against any of the Registered Practitioners on Our website for any opinions and / or recommendations given by them to You in the course of consultations facilitated by the use of Our website.
Nothing in this Best Interest Contract Term shall limit or exclude Practitioners’ liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from Practitioner negligence. For the avoidance of doubt, once an appointment has been booked and paid for, the contract exists between the respective Practitionersand You as Website user. Our Website does not form part of this contract and We take no responsibility for the medical, or other, advice, or opinion, given by any of the Registered Practitioners on Our Website.
In consideration of this waiver by You, the Practitioners, registered with Our website, agree to provide such personal opinions and / or recommendations as they see as best medical opinion.
For the further avoidance of doubt, this ‘Best Interest Contract Term’ shall be applicable only to opinions and / or recommendations given to You by a Practitioner registered on Our website and solely to such opinions and / or recommendations that have been facilitated by, and paid for via, the use of Our website.
18 Feedback by You to Us concerning Your experiences of Registered Practitioner Practitioners on Our website.
After every consultation with a Practitioner registered with Us on Our website You will be offered the chance to complete a feedback form. Completion of the form is not compulsory but it is welcomed by Us. The nature of the feedback form may vary from time to time and to a certain extent this variation may depend on Your comments as to the usefulness of its design. We welcome comments for improvements in the design of Our feedback form.
We shall aggregate scores and comments as appropriate and make these available to all users and / or potential users of Our website. You are not permitted to post any comments unless you have had at least one paid-for appointment with that Practitioner via Our website. In this way, We endeavour to inform You of ratings, by Your fellow users of Our website, of the various Practitioners registered with Us so that You may better make decisions as to which Practitioner to approach for Your particular concern.
19 Specific Terms relating to the use of the Website
Practitioners shall set their own fee level and shall include details of this on their Practitioner Profile Page. Practitioners can amend the fee that they wish to charge at any time on their profile page.
Practitioners may choose to offer a free (‘no-charge’) first Appointment to You of duration 15 minutes. The purpose of this first Appointment is so that the Practitioner and You can decide whether there is likely to be benefit in developing a working relationship further.
Practitioners can choose to offer their services free of charge, in addition to any free initial 15 minute consultations that they may wish to offer.
Those Practitioners who intend to charge fees must set up a PayPal account. See below.
When You book a chargeable Appointment with a Practitioner You will be prompted for the required payment at the time of booking. Such payment will be made via PayPal, or other such payment gateways as may be added to the Website.
The Company warrants to incur PayPal fee administration charges provided that the Practitioner honours the booked Appointment or re-arranges it in accordance with the terms as below
We do not accept responsibility or liability for any errors or other failures by PayPal in processing Your payments nor do we accept any responsibility or liability for any error by You in entering your payment details.
The Company uses an instant chain payments system whereby Practitioners are paid immediately once an appointment is booked.
In booking an appointment with a Practitioner, You are contracting directly with the Practitioner on the Practitioner’s own terms and conditions. Our Terms and Conditions, as here on this webpage, lay out the terms and conditions of Your use of Our website. The provision of the consultation is a contract between You and the Practitioner. We strongly recommend that you ask for the Practitioner’s individual terms and conditions for the provision of such consultations.
Cancelling and Changing Appointment Times, subsequent to initial booking:
-- You cannot cancel appointments via the website. This terms applies in all cases and for example also in the case where You may change Your mind about which Practitioner(s) You may wish to consult with. Once an Appointment has been made, it cannot be cancelled.
-- You can change the appointment time and date via the website – website appointment time and date changes must be done at least 48 hours before the original Appointment Time and Date.
-- Practitioners cannot cancel appointments via the website nor can they change the appointment time and date via the website
Notwithstanding the terms directly above, You and the Practitioner can come to your own agreement as to any Appointment time and date changes or cancellations but this is done in the express knowledge that any, and all, such changes or cancellations are between You and the Practitioner only and that such agreements do not involve Us in any manner, legal, financial, administrative or otherwise.
Where consultations are made by a financially chargeable telephone call, or by any other method for which there is a financial charge, then such financial charge is to be borne by You unless You and the Practitioner agree otherwise.
Responsibility for all legal requirements regarding accounting and tax affairs rests with the Practitioner, including, for example, the issuing of VAT invoices or equivalent to You, where applicable.
It is the responsibility of Practitioners to take out such indemnity insurance as they see fit. We accept no responsibility for ensuring that Practitioners have taken out such reasonable indemnity insurance. We recommend that You enquire of Practitioners as to their insurance arrangements.
It is further the responsibility of Practitioner(s) to ensure that in any services they are offering via the Website they are acting in accordance with the laws of their own respective jurisdiction.
We take such steps as We consider necessary to check the identity and professional status of Practitioners and constantly review such steps and checks.
We may provide details on Our website of other websites where testing facilities are available.
Practitioners can recommend tests, and interpret test results, to, and for, You and can either direct You to the website details as provided by Us or make their own arrangements.
Experienced Patient Practitioners must only share their experiences on the usefulness of certain tests where they have had direct personal experience. In addition, they can give their personal experiences of test interpretations in a similar way. Some testing laboratories will only send test results to qualified health professionals and so Experienced Patient Practitioners should make You aware of this and of the limitations of their experiences regarding tests and test interpretations.
From time to time, we may obtain discount codes for certain testing facilities and Practitioners are free either to use these codes for You or to carry on with their pre-existing arrangements with these, or other, such testing facilities
We may provide details on Our website of other websites where phlebotomist services are available.
We make no assurances or guarantees about such phlebotomist services and You are recommended to read the legal disclaimer on Our relevant webpage concerning these services.
