I have a background in sports science and professional sport but with over 20 years experience and further education with organisation’s such as the Chek Institute I realised the conventional approach does not help people in the long-term.Instead I build health and vitality through progressive interventions in the key areas: movement, rest, nutrition, toxicity and happiness.The results are sustainable and the process is empowering and fun.
